DMCA / Copyright Infringement Notices

Required Elements of Your Notice

Must include all of the following:

• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (or, if multiple works, a representative list).
• Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity, including the exact URL(s) where the material is located.
• Your contact information: full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Counter-Notification

If your content was removed or access disabled in response to a DMCA notice and you believe the removal was in error, you may submit a counter-notification to the same email address (contact@fatgoosenovel.com). Your counter-notification must include all required elements under DMCA Section 512(g)(3). We will forward it to the original complainant. If no legal action is filed within 10–14 business days, we may restore the content.
